ReseauPsy psychologists and other therapists offer a range of services adapted to your needs: psychotherapy, social work, psychoeducation, mental health consultations with clinical nurses, as well as career guidance support.

Although cognitive-behavioral approaches are generally preferred, other approaches, such as humanistic or psychodynamic therapies, may also be suggested depending on your needs.

Many of our psychologists also offer psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, for children, adults and seniors.

Group therapy

At ReseauPsy, we offer group therapies for people with an anxiodepressive profile. Each group, made up of 6 participants, takes place by videoconference. We use schema therapy, which comes from cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Psychotherapy supervision service

Are you an established clinician looking for clinical supervision? Are you in the process of obtaining your psychotherapist license? Do you want to accumulate hours of supervised practice in psychotherapy while building your own professional approach? In collaboration with Nathalie Brassard from Entre Humains, ReseauPsy offers you the opportunity to access clinical supervision services adapted to your needs and your professional profile.

Supervision is provided by Ms. Nathalie Brassard, psychologist and experienced supervisor, who will support you in the development of your clinical practice.
