Cancellation and appointment policy
At ReseauPsy, we understand that unexpected events may occur. To respect our professionals’ time and other clients’ appointments, the following cancellation policy applies.
1. Cancellation notice
For all types of consultations, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment without charge.
2. Late cancellation or no-show
Cancelling after the required notice may result in a fee of 50% to 100% of the session cost, depending on your therapist. A missed appointment without notice (“no-show”) is billed at the full session rate.
These fees are not covered by insurance and must be paid before booking another appointment.
3. Exceptions
Exceptional situations (medical emergency, serious family event, etc.) may be considered. Contact us as soon as possible; each case is reviewed individually.
4. How to cancel or reschedule
You may cancel or reschedule by:
- Using your confirmation link (GoRendezVous)
- Emailing your therapist or demande.consultation@reseaupsy.ca
- Calling 514-727-7727
Please include your full name, appointment date and time, and your professional’s name.
5. Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the following appointments. The full fee still applies.
6. Cancellation by ReseauPsy
If your professional must cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered a new time or a full refund if you have already paid.
7. Payment and insurance receipts
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to reseaupsymontreal@gmail.com. Include the patient’s initials, date, and therapist’s name in the message. Insurance receipts are sent within 48 business hours.
8. Client agreement
By booking with ReseauPsy, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy.
